The Illinois College volleyball team fell to a nationally ranked Cornell College team in three games on Saturday in Jacksonville. Cornell, ranked No. 22 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III rankings, won by scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-17.
Megan Moore recorded a team-high six kills for Illinois College.
Maurissa Moulton dished out eight assists and
Allison Perkins made 11 digs.
The Lady Blues fell to 3-18 overall and 0-8 in Midwest Conference play with the loss. They host MacMurray College in a Set, Serve and Volley for the Cure game on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
