Volleyball falls at Monmouth, 3-0

The Illinois College volleyball team fell to Monmouth College in three games on Tuesday at Monmouth. The hosts won by scores of 25-19, 25-11, 25-12.

Alese Speckhart and Megan Moore tallied six and seven kills, respectively. Maurissa Moulton had 13 assists, while Lisa Lowry dished out 10. Speckhart had 15 digs and Allison Perkins chipped in 14.

The Lady Blues fell to 3-16 overall and 0-6 in Midwest Conference play. They host Grinnell College on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
