Cooper Meyer was a prominent swimmer and diver for Illinois College. He was a standout leader to his peers, a team captain, and passionate competitor. As a member of the swim and dive team Cooper swam breaststroke, sprint free, and dove. Within his career he was all-conference in 1- and 3-meter diving, earned 3rd place at the Midwest Conference Championships at both 1 and 3-meter diving, is a part of the top five fastest times within both medley relays, and is a part of the 400-medley relay record. He also holds the 3-meter 6 dive and 11 dive records.
Meyer, a 2025 Illinois College graduate, was a business major with an emphasis in sports management. He and his girlfriend Emily Wickerham, also an Illinois College swimming class for 2024 who works for Turner Scientific in auditory research and development, live in Jacksonville.
