Nick Bohuslawsky is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Illinois College women’s soccer program.
Bohuslawsky comes to IC after serving as a coach at Athens High School in The Plains, Ohio where he was most recently the head coach of the girls’ program. During his time at Athens, he also worked as the junior varsity girls' coach and was an assistant for the boys’ varsity team. He helped coach the boys’ team to three district finals, two district titles, and a regional final. Athens’ success was not limited to the pitch as his student-athletes maintained a 3.78 team GPA.
Along with his high school coaching duties, Bohuslawsky was the head coach of the Old Town Soccer Club in Logan, Ohio from 2021-24. In this role, Nick coached u15 girls, u17 boys, u16 boys, and u15 boys. He was in charge of recruiting players from different high schools in the southeast Ohio area for the club while aiding in the creation of a girl’s high school-aged program.
A native of Athens, Bohuslawsky graduated from Ohio cum laude in December of 2022 with a BA in Political Science and earned his MS in Recreation and Sports Sciences from Ohio in 2024. Nick also earned his United States Soccer Federation Coach "D" License in 2024.
