Justin Fisher begins his fourth season as an assistant coach in track & field in 2022-23.

Fisher joins Illinois College after competing for, graduating from, and coaching for Wittenberg University over the past seven years. As a four-year member of the track & field team, he earned 13 All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) honors and was twice an all-region selection by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). At the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, he finished 13th nationally in the men’s triple jump.

After graduating from Wittenberg in 2016 with a Business Marketing and Sport Management degree, Fisher joined the coaching staff of the Tigers as he pursued a Master’s degree. During two seasons with Wittenberg, he oversaw the development of six All-NCAC student-athletes. Additionally, he had duties with recruiting, organizing team meals and running study tables. He has recently wrapped up his Master's degree in Athletic Coaching from Wittenberg.
