Brody Pogue enters his first season as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach for the Blueboys in 2021.
Pogue comes to Jacksonville after five seasons at St. Ambrose University, serving in a variety of roles. He was the Offensive Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, and coached the Offensive Line, Running Backs, and Superbacks in his five seasons. The Fighting Bees were constantly at the top of the Mid-States in rushing, turnover margin, and decreased sack totals. In his five seasons, he mentored 6 All-MSFA Conference selections. As the Academic Coordinator, the Fighting Bees finished Top 6 in the NAIA in team GPA the last 4 years.
Pogue is originally from Benton, Kentucky. During his playing career he attended Illinois College. While at IC, he was a two-year starter and 1st team All-MWC selection in 2015 on the Offensive Line.
Pogue earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Illinois College in 2015. He then went on to earn a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University in 2019.
Pogue now resides in Jacksonville, Illinois.
