Brian Fox enters his fifth season as an assistant football coach at Illinois College.
Fox earned a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2010. He served as an assistant linebackers coach at Baldwin-Wallace from 2007 to 2009 after injuries cut short his playing career. He later served as co-head coach and offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Cobras, a semi-professional team. He also served as an assistant coach at Brookside High School in Sheffield Village, Ohio, in 2010.
Fox has been the strength and conditioning coordinator for the football team since arriving in 2011. In 2013, he did a summer internship observing the Towson University football strength and conditioning program. That year, the Tigers would end the season as the FCS runners-up.
Fox resides in Jacksonville.
