Adam Frey will be in his second season as the Running Backs Coach at Illinois College in 2024. 

In his first season with the Blueboys, Frey mentored two all-conference selections - TJ Little and Tanner Spencer. Little would also go on to earn all-region honors in 2023.

In the 2023 season, the Blueboy offense averaged 175 rushing yards per game and 5.0 yards per carry, totaling nearly 2,000 total rushing yards. IC won its first conference championship and qualified for the NCAA Division III Playoffs during the 2023 season as the offense broke multiple conference and national records, averaging nearly 50 points per game.

Frey is originally from Bloomington, Indiana, Frey was a three-year starter on the offensive line for Franklin College, spending time at both center and right guard for the Grizzlies.

He graduated from Franklin in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Communications.
