Zach Hatton enters his second season with the Blueboys for the 2023-24 season. Hatton’s responsibilities include working with the hitters and position coach for catchers.
 
Hatton joins IC after spending the last three years at Springfield Southeast High School. Hatton was Varsity Assistant and worked with hitters, infielders, and catchers as well as being the Head JV Coach. 
 
Hatton also coaches travel baseball for Flood City and has been working with catchers, hitters and handling the conditioning programs for that organization since 2019. 
 
A 2018 graduate of Robert Morris - Springfield, Hatton played for the Eagles for four seasons, primarily as a catcher and outfielder. He resides in Springfield.
