Lady Blues Compete at the ITA Regional

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Illinois College's Campbell Hayes won her first-round match at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association regional meet, highlighting IC's performance on Friday and Saturday.

Hayes opened the regional by beating Abigail Hubbard from Albion, 6-4, 6-2, before falling to the flight's top seed from the University of Chicago, 6-0, 6-0.

Clara Bach fell to Sabrina Lopez from Calvin, 5-7, 6-2, 10-8.

The doubles team of Alyssa Wise and Bach fell to a team from North Central, 8-1.
