Box Score JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College football team dropped a 55-21 decision to Lake Forest in a Midwest Conference matchup on Saturday at England Stadium.
IC is now 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the league. Lake Forest remained unbeaten at 4-0 and 2-0.

The Blueboys posted the first points of the day when
Jack Piening fired a 9-yard touchdown strike to
Cole Stuart.
Mia Gerger's extra point made it 7-0 IC.
Lake Forest was able to run off the next 34 points of the contest before IC answered with a Piening-to-
Aiden Porter touchdown pass from 16 yards out with 8:53 to play in the third quarter. Again, Gerger converted a successful PAT. The Blueboys wrapped up their scoring for the day when
Ki'on Carson scampered around right end for a 51-yard touchdown run. Gerger made her third PAT of the game for IC's final points of the afternoon.
