MADISON, Wis. – The Illinois College women's tennis team bowed out of the Midwest Conference Tournament, dropping a 4-0 decision to top-seed Grinnell on Saturday at the Powless Tennis Center.
The Lady Blues, who were the fourth seed in the tournament, finished the season with a 16-10 dual record. The 16 wins are the most in a season in program history.

Ranked 30th in the nation, the Pioneers won the doubles point with two shutout wins to grab an early 1-0 lead.
In singles play, Grinnell won three matches to clinch the victory. IC's
Clara Bach, playing at the No. 2 position, was up 1-0 in the second set after dropping the opener, 6-4, when play was stopped. The Lady Blues'
Madison Eastin, playing at No. 3, dropped a 6-1, 6-1 decision.
