APPLETON, Wis. – The Illinois College men's basketball team dropped a 78-61 decision to Lawrence in a Midwest Conference contest on Saturday at Alexander Gymnasium.
The Blueboys are now 10-13 overall and 7-7 in conference play. The Vikings moved to 12-11 and 5-9.

The contest was tight in the early stages as the game saw three ties and two lead changes in the opening minutes before Lawrence took the lead for good at the 15:21 mark. The Vikings increased their advantage to as much as 13 (31-18) with 5:08 to play before the Blueboys bounced back, using a 10-1 run to cut the deficit to 32-28 with 2:28 to go. Lawrence took a 37-30 lead into halftime.
In the second half, the Vikings led the entire 20 minutes. The Blueboys got within eight (52-44) with 11:53 to play, but that would be as close as they would get.
Ty Lenhardt led IC with a game-high 21 points and four assists.
Seth Doss had 15 points and a game-best seven rebounds while
DeShawn Nolan also had 15 points while dishing out four assists for the Blueboys, who were playing their final regular-season road game of the 2025-26 season.
