The Blue Boys entered as heavy favorites and led with
Julian Luaders, giving him a chance to put on a standout performance. He defeated the entire opposing team in Game 1, then took eight more stocks in Game 2 before the rest of the team finished the series.
Julian set the program's regular season record for stocks taken in a series, finishing just one short of
Jake Petrovich's overall record against Wayne State during last season's championship run. He is also closing in on Jake's career ratio of stocks taken to stocks lost, continuing an excellent start to the season.
