From start to finish, the Blueboys controlled the pace of the series. On Ascent, the squad ran a defensive-focused composition despite beginning on attack. What was expected to be a difficult half turned into a statement, as the team stormed ahead 10–2 at halftime before closing out another 13–2 map win.
