MIDDLETON, Wis. – The Illinois College men's tennis team posted eight victories during the individual rounds of the Midwest Conference Tournament over the weekend at the Nielsen Tennis Center.
The Blueboys had four individuals win their opening-round matches before falling in the semifinals.
Jeff Wernsing at No. 2,
Glenn Conway at No. 3,
Andrus Dupre at No. 4, and
Titus Ashford at No. 6.

Tejas Zala lost in the opening round but bounced back to win the consolation championship at No. 1.
Doubles play saw even more success for the Blueboys as all three teams won their opening round matches.
Wernsing and Conway at No. 1 advanced to the semifinals before bowing out, as did Zala and
Andrus Dupre at No. 2 and
Grayson Dupre and Ashford at No. 3.
