Illinois College SSBU Dominates Ashland University in 3-0 Victory

JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Super Smash Bros. Ultimate team secured a commanding 3-0 win over Ashland University in their latest crew battle.

IC moves to 2-3 in SSBU play this season

Game 1 opened with Daniel Scott taking one stock off VAEN (Falco) before falling. Theo Biela then stepped in, eliminating two stocks from VAEN and one from Marzfrosty (Donkey Kong). Noah Horsman followed, taking another stock from Marzfrosty before Julian Luaders entered and took over the match. Julian finished off Marzfrosty, then swept through eLevin (Samus), ThatOneGuy (Sonic), and nearly all of kiri (Aegis), securing nine total KOs. Jake Petrovich closed out the battle by claiming the final stock from kiri, sealing the victory for Illinois College.
