The series began with a 0-2 loss on Oasis, where Illinois College struggled against Buena Vista's dive composition. On King's Row, strong defense from Buena Vista prevented Illinois College from capturing the first point, leading to a 0-1 defeat. New Queen Street was the closest match, but Illinois College lost 3-1 despite winning some team fights. The match concluded on Shambali Monastery, where Illinois College failed to secure a single team fight and fell 0-1.
