CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa –
Robby Biesenthal set a school record and earned All-Conference accolades at the Midwest Conference Championships on Saturday at Seminole Valley Park.
IC finished sixth in the team standings.
Biesenthal finished 16th overall in 26:13.7, which is the new school standard for an 8K course, to earn All-MWC accolades.
IC's
Nick Hannig posted the second-fastest 8K time in program history with a 26:24.6 showing, which was good for 21st-place.
Camden Pierce was third for IC and 59th overall in 28:09.1, while
Zac Howard was 64th in 28:18.
The Blueboys'
Jack Rogers was 67th overall with a 28:25.5 effort, and
Caden Dettmer took 79th in 28:51.1. IC's finishers were rounded out by
Jack Bacon, who clocked a 30:47.2 to finish 98th overall.

The Blueboys will travel to Iowa again on November 15th when they compete in the NCAA Regional meet in Waverly. Race time is 11:00 a.m.
