ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Lady Blues sit in fourth place after the opening round of the SLIAC Women's Golf Championship at Birch Creek Golf Club in St. Louis, carding a team score of 349 (+61).
Macie Petropoulos once again led Illinois College with a solid round of 81 (+9). She was outstanding on the back nine, playing it at one-over par with one birdie and six pars. Petropoulos currently stands in ninth place overall, seven strokes off the lead.
Shelby Seiler and Emily Guest each posted rounds of 89 (+17), while Mackenzie Murphy rounded out the team scoring with a 90 (+18).
