DECATUR, Ill. –  The Illinois College women's swimming team posted its first two dual meet victories of the season, cruising past North Central and Millikin on Saturday at the Decatur YMCA Pool.

IC stopped North Central, 133-55, and Millikin, 111-83.
The Lady Blues had a pair of double winners on the day.
Abby Stevens won the 1,000-yard freestyle in 12:01.20 and then came back to take the 500-yard freestyle in 5:50.86. IC's other double winner was
Jadyn Grismer, who was victorious in the 50-yard freestyle wth a time of 25.35 and the 100-yard backstroke in 1:03.08.
IC also got individual victories from
Julie Edwards in the 200-yard IM (2:33.93) and
Jena Sellers in the 100-yard freestyle (1:00.18).
The 200-yard freestyle relay team of Sellers, Stevens,
Laci O'Malley, and Grismer closed out the day by touching the wall first in 1:47.32.
