BELLEVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College women's tennis team rolled to a 6-1 victory over Southwestern Illinois College on Thursday.
The Lady Blues improved to 6-4 on the season with the victory.

IC stormed out of the gates by taking two of the three doubles matches to earn the first point.
Michelle Maag and
Lily Ingram were victorious at No. 2 as were
Chloe Plough and
Hannah Lueke at No. 3.
In singles play, the Lady Blues won five of the six contests. Maag (No. 2) and
Lily Ingram (No. 4) earned victories along with
Sophie Muir (No. 3),
Madison Eastin (No. 5)and
Sabrina Ingram (No. 6).

The Lady Blues will travel to Elmhurst, Ill. on Saturday for a pair of dual matches. IC will face Elmhurst at 9:00 a.m. before taking on Concordia of Chicago at Noon.
