BELLEVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College men's tennis squad dropped a tight 4-3 decision to Southwest Illinois College on Thursday.
The Blueboys are now 1-4 on the season.

Southwest opened the match by sweeping doubles to secure the first point.
The singles play was tightly contested throughout as the teams split the six matches. IC got victories from
Tejas Zala at No. 1 and
Jeff Wernsing at No. 2.
Titus Ashford rounded out the victorious Blueboys at No. 6.

Thursday's action concludes the fall portion of the season for the Blueboys. They will return to action in the spring session.
