JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College women's tennis team dropped a hard-fought Midwest Conference match to Lake Forest, losing 4-3 on Saturday at the Bellatti Tennis Complex.
IC fell to 11-5 overall and 3-3 in conference play while Lake Forest remained unbeaten at 8-0 and 4-0.

The Foresters opened the match by taking the doubles point despite the Lady Blues winning at No. 3 with
Madison Eastin and
Chloe Plough.
The doubles point would prove to be the difference in the match as the teams split the six singles contests. IC got victories from
Lily Ingram at No. 4, Eastin at No. 5, and
Sabrina Ingram at No. 6.
