BLOOMINGTON, Ill. –
Jenna Kenning was the highest place winner for the Illinois College women's swim team at the Illinois Wesleyan Tri-Meet on Friday.
The Lady Blues dropped both dual meets on the day, falling to Millikin, 101-80, and Illinois Wesleyan, 161-38.
Kenning took second place in the 100-meter backstroke with a time of 1:05.08.
Julia Edwards and
Abigail Glaser each brought home a third place finish for IC. Edwards earned hers with a 1:15.83 effort in the 100-meter breaststroke. Glasser earned hers by clocking a 20:31.76 in the 1,650-meter freestyle.
Jena Sellers took fifth in the 100-meter freestyle in 1:07.12.
The Lady Blues return to the pool on Saturday, January 27th when they travel to Monmouth.
