JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Lady Blues earned their first win of the season against the Illinois Wesleyan Titans on Friday with a final score of 9-0.
IC was led in double competition by the No. 1 team of
Michelle Maag and
Lily Ingram defeating their opponents 8-2. IC took a strong lead picking up wins in No. 2 and No. 3 doubles competition 8-0.
The team continued to play well sweeping the singles matches against the Titans to earn the win overall in the match.
IC will host Principia College on Saturday, 9/10 at 11:00 AM.
