JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Lady Blues hosted Lake Forest College in MWC competition on Saturday. The team suffered a loss to the Foresters with a final of 0-2.
Lake Forest was able to get on the board early with a goal in the third minute of play. The team would add another goal in the 28th minute to extend their lead to 0-2 in the first half. Both teams were held scoreless in the second half with Lake Forest earning the victory.
Cassidy Tacker led the team in goal with 12 saves in the contest.
IC will return to MWC action traveling to face Cornell College on Thursday, 10/13 at 4:30 PM.
