APPLETON, Wis.- The Illinois College Lady Blues visited Lawrence University in their second Midwest Conference matchup of the season. The Lady Blues fell short with a final of 2-3.
Kristin Ray scored the first goal of the game in the 12th minute. Lawrence would answer with two goals of their own to take the lead heading into halftime.Â

Kayla Piper was able to set up
Haley Sommer for the score in the 80th minute. The Vikings were able to regain the lead on a goal shortly after to seal the victory over IC.Â
Trista Walker led the team in goal recording five saves in the match.Â
