APPLETON, Wis.- The Blueboys traveled to Lawrence University on Saturday for their second Midwest Conference game of the year. The Blueboys fell in a hard fought match on the road 1-2. This drops the Blueboys to 7-4-1 overall and 0-2 in MWC play.
Lawrence came out the gate hot scoring two goals in the first 20 minutes of the half. The Blueboys answered in the second half with a goal from
Tyler Lunning, assisted by
Thomas Menke. IC was unable to strike again leading to the Vikings walking away with the victory.
The Blueboys will return to action at Hannibal-Lagrange University on Wednesday, 10/5 at 4:00 PM.
