LAKE FOREST, Ill.- The Illinois College Lady Blues suffered a loss to Lake Forest College on Wednesday with a final of 8-0. This drops the team to 1-3 overall this season.
Lake Forest was able to get to the net early to build a substantial lead over the Lady Blues. IC would trail 5-0 at the end of the first half.
The Foresters would maintain their lead throughout the second half to come away with the victory.
Savannah Henson represented the Lady Blues in goal with eight saves in the contest.
Illinois College will host Cornell College in an exhibition match this Saturday, 4/10 at 2:00 PM.
