Greenville, Ill. - The Illinois College men's tennis team fell to the Greenville University Panthers yesterday. The loss puts the Blueboys record at 0-2.
The No. 1 doubles pairing of
Ethan Sabotta and
Shane Koshikawa earned two game victories against the duo of Motsinger and Blume. The No. 2 doubles duo featuring
Connor Barton and
Jovan Norris were also able to secure two game victories against Burkhart and Merrill. In the No.1 singles match, Sabotta was able to notch seven game victories against Motsinger to force the third set tiebreaker.Â
The team will have their home opener against Kaskaskia College on Fri., 3/5 at 4:00 PM.
