JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Lady Blues were able to earn a win at home over the Eureka College Red Devils with a final score of 77-71. This improves the team to 4-3 overall.
Before the game, the team took the time to honor their three seniors
Kaylee Andrea,
Megan Price, and
Sydney Himmelman. The team was greeted by their teammates and given their senior gifts.
Lilly Pepper earned a double-double totaling 20 points and 12 rebounds. Price was also able to earn 20 points on the night.Â
The Lady Blues were able to establish a nine point lead heading into halftime with the score at 43-34.Â
Illinois College would hold off the Red Devils to secure the win. The team finished the game shooting 45.8 percent from field goal range and 35.3 percent from beyond the arc. They were able to out-rebound Eureka 51-34.
The Lady Blues will look ahead to host DePauw University on Wednesday, 3/3 at 5:30 PM
