RIPON, Wis.- The Illinois College Blueboys soccer team earned a win over the Ripon College Red Hawks with a final score of 2-1. This wraps up the Blueboys 2021 season as they advance to 10-7-1 overall and 3-5 in the MWC.
The Blueboys were able to get on the board first in the 36th minute on a goal by
Jack Hart. Both teams played great defensively as this would be the only score after the end of the first half.
Thomas Menke would extend the lead after an assist from
Dillon Arens in the 59th minute. This would be the deciding goal as the Blueboys walked away with the win.
Owen Macias represented the team in the net with four saves in the contest.
