Kohler makes school record eight 3-pointers in 92-78 win over Monmouth

Nathan Kohler sank a school-record eight 3-pointers as the Illinois College men's basketball team scored a 92-78 win over Monmouth College on Thursday night at Monmouth.

Kohler was 8-for-11 from behind the arc on his way to a game-high 32 points. He broke his old record of seven 3-pointers, set in 2011.

Brandon Berry added 20 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Chris Marrs had 10 points and five rebounds.

The Blueboys improved to 11-7 overall and 7-6 in Midwest Conference play. They host Lawrence University on Saturday at 1 p.m.
