By: The Lady Blues will be handed three defeats this weekend due to an insufficient travel roster.
GRINNELL, Iowa – The Illinois College women's tennis team was not able to travel the minimum number of participants necessary to field a team this weekend for matches at Ripon College, St. Norbert College and Lawrence University. A combination of injuries as well as academic and athletic responsibilities led to IC having fewer than the required numbers for a match. The Lady Blues will be docked with three 9-0 defeats.
Illinois College concludes its season from Oct. 17-19 in Madison, Wis. at the Midwest Conference Championships.
