Hannah McGinnis scored 32 points and pulled down 18 rebounds as the Illinois College women's scored a team-record 117 points in a 117-86 win over Knox College on Tuesday in Galesburg.
McGinnis was one of six Lady Blues scoring in double figures.
Holly Wohltman scored 18 points, while
Brittney Burgess added 14 more.
Kelly Lonergan,
Maddy Keith and
Ashley Hoegger scored 11 points apiece.
Jill Friedrich and Wohltman had three steals each.
The Lady Blues improved to 9-4 overall and 7-1 in Midwest Conference play. They are back in action on Saturday when they host St. Norbert College with outright possession of first place in the Midwest Conference on the line. Illinois College and St. Norbert are currently tied for the league lead.
