Women's Golf wins dual with MacMurray

The Illinois College women's golf team scored a 357-373 win over MacMurray College in a dual meet on Wednesday at The Links in Jacksonville.

Mackenzie Barker led IC with an 82 to take second place. Alexis Lintker (86) was third, Morgan Alewelt (93) was fifth, Emily Heiser (96) was sixth, Cailyn Carstens (98) was seventh and Hannah Strike (110) took 10th.

Wednesday's competition was the Lady Blues' final tune-up before the Midwest Conference Championships at Aldeen Golf Club in Rockford next weekend. The MWC Championships begin October 4.
