Women's soccer drops 1-0 decision at Concordia Chicago

A goal for the Concordia University Chicago women's soccer team in the 10th minute provided the difference as the hosts topped the Lady Blues, 1-0, Sunday in River Forest.

Concordia scored on an own goal as a cross from Ahissa Bustos was deflected in just 9:14 into the game. Neither team scored the rest of the way.

Illinois College outshot Concordia 13-9. IC goalkeeper Cat Solberg made four saves.

The Lady Blues fell to 2-3-1 with the loss. They host Robert Morris University Springfield on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
