IC men's golf tops MacMurray, 319-324

The Illinois College men's team earned their second dual victory of the spring on Saturday, beating MacMurray College 319-324 at The Links in Jacksonville.

Wilson Neill earned medalist honors, pacing the Blueboys with a 77. Christian Walker carded a 78, Wade Mathis shot an 80, Derek Ade shot an 84 and Koert Brown shot a 91.

IC individuals Logan Cronk (85), Tim Denney (88), Wes Haertling (93) and Jacob Franke (92) also turned in strong rounds.

The Illinois College men's golf team travels to Peoria for a tournament hosted by Knox College next weekend.
