The Illinois College women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches on Sunday, falling to Lake Forest College and Cornell College by identical 9-0 scores. The match against Lake Forest was played at Monmouth, while the match against Cornell was played in Galesburg.

Valerie Escudero lost in their singles matches. The doubles teams of Norville and Brauer, Chavez and Pohlman, and Black and Escudero, also came up short.
The Lady Blues fell to 6-4 overall and 1-4 in Midwest Conference South Division play with the losses. The Lady Blues will compete at the Midwest Conference Championships in Madison, Wisconsin, next weekend.
