Blueboys fall to Carroll, 3-1

The Carroll University men's soccer team scored a 3-1 win over Illinois College on Sunday in Jacksonville.

IC's lone goal came on an own goal by Carroll early in the second half. Carroll's goals were scored by Dan Czernicki, Mitch Golla and Francisco Sajuan. IC was outshot 20-2. IC goalkeeper Scott Workman made seven saves.

The Blueboys fell to 8-5-1 overall and 3-3 in Midwest Conference play. They travel to Cornell College on Saturday.
