Turnovers cost Blueboys in 77-74 loss

Two turnovers in the final minute spoiled two chances for the Illinois College men's basketball team to take the lead as the Blueboys fell, 77-74, to visiting Monmouth College on Tuesday night.

Isaac Grapperhaus tallied team-high totals of 21 points and eight rebounds. Chris Marrs added 17 points off the bench. Justin Smith and Brandon Berry chipped in 10 and 11 points, respectively. Nathan Kohler had eight points and six assists.

The Blueboys fell to 8-10 overall and 5-8 in Midwest Conference play.
