The Illinois College men's basketball team cut Grinnell College's lead down to just one point late in Tuesday's game, but the Pioneers lead proved to be too difficult to overcome. Grinnell beat the Blueboys 106-102.

Isaac Grapperhaus registered a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds.
Nathan Kohler and
Spencer Campbell chipped in 15 and 16 points, respectively, while
Adam Varvil added 12.
Justin Smith had seven assists and
Zeke Light nabbed three steals.
IC fell to 7-8 overall and 4-6 in Midwest Conference play with the loss.
