Blueboys come back to earn 1-1 draw with Buena Vista

The Illinois College men's soccer team rallied late to earn a 1-1 double overtime draw with visiting Buena Vista University on Saturday. Jordan Nelson scored in the 74th minute to equalize Joey Stivers' 10th minute goal for Buena Vista. Neither team scored in overtime.

Nelson's goal came on a set piece, with Kyle Mason providing the assist. IC outshot Buena Vista 22-11. IC goalkeeper Trevor Donahue made four saves.

The Blueboys are now 2-1-1. They host Blackburn College at 2 p.m. Sunday.
