Women's tennis wins at Millikin, 6-3

The Illinois College women's tennis team scored its second win of the season Thursday at Millikin University. The Lady Blues won 6-3.

Tamar Norville (6-0, 6-0), Zippy Abdulmalik (6-0, 6-1), Audrey Brauer (6-0, 6-0) and Josephine Oshiafi (6-3, 6-4) won in singles play. The doubles teams of Kavita Patel and Norville, and Abdulmalik and Brauer were also winners.

IC improved to 2-5 with the win. The Lady Blues host Blackburn College Saturday at 10 a.m.
