Matt Grimm set standards on the wrestling mat that solidified his credentials as one of IC’s all-time greats in the sport. He captured all-America honors at 126 pounds at the 1993 NCAA Division III championship meet and was instrumental in the Blueboys’ three Midwest Conference championships. During his six seasons as wrestling coach at Chatham Glenwood Middle School, 72 of his wrestlers qualified for the state finals and four were crowned champion.
