Kristina “KT” Schenk left an indelible impression on teams across the Midwest Conference after posting the conference’s highest batting average in 1998 and earning several postseason awards. She ranked among the nation’s top hitters that spring and was a big reason behind the Lady Blues’ ability to win a South Division crown and qualify for the MWC Tournament twice in her career. Schenk won two softball MVP awards and ranks among IC’s all-time leaders in hits, RBIs and batting average.
