Illinois College Athletics

Served as Illinois College Director of Public Relations, College Communications and Sports Information from 1987 to 2010. Murphy came to Illinois College after working as a reporter and photographer at a number of newspapers in Illinois and Missouri. He had also previously worked at MacMurray College in a role similar to the one he held at Illinois College.
