Illinois College Athletics

Ranks as one of Illinois College’s last football dropkick specialists. He competed from 1952-1954, earned a pair of varsity letters on the gridiron and three more in basketball, also serving as team captain. A broken leg suffered during the 1954 homecoming football game ended his collegiate career early.
