Illinois College Athletics

Led the Lady Blues to their first Midwest Conference volleyball title in 1991. The Jacksonville native won all-region honors as a hitter, was a two-time academic all-district honoree, and finished sixth in the nation in hitting percentage in 1991. Dugan was voted IC’s Doris Hopper Award winner for female athlete of the year in 1991-92. The IC volleyball team won 50 matches during her two seasons in the lineup.
